Just stumbled upon this and wanted to wish a much belated congratulations to Tom Gorski and Jeff Garstka of Appledore Cove for their 2009 Gold and Silver sofi awards for outstanding cooking sauce. This isn’t any little award, after all Ming Tsai was the presenter, this is the highest honor in the specialty food industry. I’d like to think my package and identity design was part of their winning recipe. Wink, wink. Here’s one case where I don’t mind encouraging folks to go get sauced. You won’t be disappointed.
